Once we have reached the limits of your current payment (see Pay-As-You-Go Price List), we will contact you to advise of our progress, to provide you with an honest assessment of the likely success of continuing the research and request your further instructions.

Family Roots in Scotland will also contact you should we identify a piece of information that may be of interest to you/add to the details of a member of your family tree where such information comes from a source that requires additional payment. An indication of the likely costs involved will be advised to you for your further instruction.

If you decide at any point that you do not wish any more work carried out on your behalf, Family Roots in Scotland will prepare your Family Pack.

Family Roots in Scotland will also contact you should we believe we have exhausted every reasonable source of information in the research of your family tree. With your agreement, we will prepare your Family Pack accordingly.
